The Right Profile
As a Lifecycle/CRM Marketing Executive, you will play an integral role in developing personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, marketing team, and cross-functional departments, you'll help develop targeted strategies to drive user growth, cross-selling, upselling, and long-term retention. Your ability to combine attention to detail with creativity and customer insights will be key in delivering impactful, relevant content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by integrating insights, creativity, and compelling content.
- Assist in designing and executing lifecycle strategies that effectively target users at different stages of the funnel, delivering the right message at the right time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives such as user growth, cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, leveraging analytics to adjust strategies for better outcomes.
- Continuously test and refine marketing tactics to ensure consistent improvement across all funnel stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and content-driven campaigns.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and compelling messaging.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in personal finance and investing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
