Responsibilities
Answer client queries and engage clients through phone, email and chat bot
Take ownership of client support tickets on Zendesk and ensure prompt resolution to all client inquiries and issues
Demonstrate exceptional prioritization and time management skills and through escalating when appropriate, maintain and enhance long-term client relations
Ad Hoc projects may be allocated from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Can commit 3 months and more for this internship, preferably 6 months
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Mandarin speaking preferred
Able to work independently/remotely and also as a team player
Good attitude and willing to learn
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
This internship is based in Singapore.
