The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer - DevOps to lead infrastructure automation and reliability initiatives across our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable cloud environments, automating manual processes, and enabling high-performing development teams.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scalable cloud infrastructure to accelerate safe and efficient
software releases.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for consistent and
auditable deployments.
Automate workflows to enhance system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, leveraging emerging technologies.
Monitor applications and infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure robustness and scalability.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely escalation support and resolve production incidents.
Collaborate closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in deployability, security,
and operational excellence.
Champion the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability through technical leadership and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
Proficient in programming or scripting (Python, Go, or Ruby preferred).
Hands-on with DevOps tooling: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Strong experience designing and managing cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also valued).
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking principles, and database systems.
Experience with monitoring and logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Nice To Have:
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar).
Contributions to open-source projects or public GitHub repositories.
Experience supporting microservices environments and cloud security best practices
