The Right Profile
As a Compliance Specialist at Syfe, you will play a key role in safeguarding our commitment to regulatory excellence. Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the maintenance of Syfe's obligations as an MAS-licensed entity.

Responsibilities
- Perform AML and CFT tasks including client onboarding (KYC), periodic CDD reviews, and transaction monitoring for potential suspicious activities.
- Coordinate and work closely with other departments, including the Client Success team and Operations team on AML/KYC-related queries.
- Support the development and roll out of new AML/CFT policies and procedures ) and training materials.
- Perform reviews in the compliance programme across various compliance topics.
- Assist in preparing data and files required for regulatory reporting, vendor submissions, and audits.
- Assist with regulatory research on new product roll-outs and business initiatives.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Strong interest in fintech and investments.
- Willingness to learn.
- Independent, task-oriented and enjoys autonomy in day-to-day tasks.
- Meticulous and has great attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Eligible to work in Singapore.
