The Right Profile

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product innovation at Syfe. You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers and engineers and support product and business teams to meet company objectives. Responsibilities 
The Associate Product Manager will assist Product Managers in building solutions to better service existing clients, define and develop data analytics capabilities and value add to the product development process.
  • Product Launches: Support product managers in day-to-day tasks, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, with a focus on automating workflows and tracking product development progress. Drive product specifications and development , from ideation to market release.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide reports on product usage, customer feedback, and other relevant product metrics. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to extended teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Provide ancillary support and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure client feedback and issues are promptly resolved.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in product management, product marketing, business intelligence, product operations, or growth-related roles.
  • Strong interest in product management and a basic understanding of the product life cycle.
  • Genuine interest in helping people build their wealth confidently.
  • Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, logical and ability to organize complex situations.
  • Meticulous and process-oriented individual with a good sense of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Strong command of English and excellent communicator.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Ability to write SQL reports for analysis is appreciated.
