The Right Profile

As a Sales Associate at Syfe, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored investment solutions. Your goal is to build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial objectives through our innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their financial goals and investment preferences.

  • Present and explain Syfe’s investment products and services to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to effectively position Syfe’s offerings.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.


Qualifications
  • Demonstrated tenacity and dedication to hard work, with the ability to overcome challenges and achieve goals.

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.

  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.


Recruiting Process (estimated duration: 4 to 6 weeks)

  • Interview 2 (60 min) – In-person interview with the Hiring Manager

  • Interview 3 (90 min) – In-person case presentation with the Hiring Manager and another senior team member

  • Background and Reference Checks
