The Right Profile
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a deep experience in conceptualizing and executing large impact products in the consumer space. To scale up successfully we need owner-mindset PMs who can figure out areas of opportunity and can drive projects with cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for shaping our future products and will work closely with key business stakeholders and leadership.
While it’s not necessary to already have deep knowledge of finance, you should have a keen understanding and experience of investing, either personally or through prior professional experience. And the idea of helping everyday people wrangle their hardest money problems should excite you.

Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute long range strategies and product roadmaps by analysing data, forming a deep understanding of our customer’s needs and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Lead and drive high value and innovative product initiatives with product design and engineering teams to ship high quality solutions for customers.
- Identify and prioritize highest impact product growth opportunities within the retail investment space.
- Evolve product org processes and mentor teammates to help drive best practices within the team.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of PM experience in digital consumer businesses.
- Proven success in building, prioritizing and delivering product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of investing - whether through personal or prior professional experience.
- Detailed understanding of a product owner’s role in a scrum process.
- Experience and strength in driving best practices across UI and UX for digital consumer platforms.
- Amazing interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
